What photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is in focus works best — ideally taken at eye level in natural daylight, without heavy filters. If your photo isn't quite right for engraving, we'll let you know before anything is made.

Will I see a proof before you make it?

Where your order includes a proof, we'll email it to you before production starts, and we only begin once you've approved it.

How long does delivery take?

The portrait necklace takes 2–5 working days to make and usually 1–10 more to deliver in the EU. Canvas takes 2–5 to make and usually 3–7 more to deliver. The ashes keepsake usually takes 7–15 working days. Times are estimates.

What is it made of?

Our pendants are made from stainless steel, in a gold or silver tone. You'll find the details for each design on its product page.

Can I return a personalised item?

Personalised items are made to order for you, so they're exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. If your piece arrives with a defect, or doesn't match the preview you approved, we'll remake it.
