Shipping policy
Every Glintpaw piece is made to order, so here's what to expect between placing your order and opening the box.
Where we ship
We ship to all 27 EU countries.
Production time
The portrait necklace and the canvas take 2–5 working days to make. Where your order includes a proof, production starts once you've approved it.
Delivery time
After production, the portrait necklace usually takes 1–10 working days to arrive within the EU, and the canvas usually takes 3–7 working days. The pet-ashes keepsake necklace ships from an international warehouse and usually takes 7–15 working days to arrive, sometimes longer to Finland, Greece, Malta and Cyprus. These are estimates, not guarantees, and busy periods or carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.
Shipping costs
- Orders under €40: €4.95 standard tracked shipping.
- Orders of €40 and over: free tracked shipping.
Every order is shipped with tracking, and we'll email you the tracking details once it's on its way. Items from different workshops may arrive in separate tracked parcels.
VAT and import charges
All prices include VAT. There are no import duties or customs charges to pay on delivery.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time, or it arrives damaged, email us at care@glintpaw.com with your order number and we'll help. Please see our Refund policy for damaged or faulty items.
